Refund policy

Every Volée piece is made to order and produced individually for you, so all sales are final.

No returns or exchanges. Because each item is created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or size. Please review the size guide before ordering, and email hello@voleeparis.com with any questions before you buy.

No cancellations or changes. Production begins as soon as your order is placed, so orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or have their address edited once submitted. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address at checkout.

If something is wrong with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email hello@voleeparis.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. You will not be asked to ship the item back.
