Shipping policy

Every Volée piece is made to order, produced individually for you once you place it, then shipped with expedited delivery.

Processing and delivery. Production takes about 2 to 7 business days. Your order then ships with expedited delivery, about 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 7 to 14 days from the day you order. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. A flat rate of $8 per order. From time to time we may offer free shipping as a limited promotion, applied automatically at checkout when active.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Any import duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
