Overview. This website and online store are operated by Volée ("Volée", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use this site or place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and to keep it up to date.

Our products. Every Volée piece is made to order and produced individually for you after you place your order. Because of this, all sales are final, and returns, exchanges, cancellations, and changes are governed by our Refund Policy. Colors and details may vary slightly between your screen and the finished garment due to your display and the nature of made-to-order production. We may limit or refuse any order and may discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the full amount, including shipping and taxes. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders and cancellations. Because each item is made to order, production begins promptly after you order. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or have their shipping address edited once submitted. Please review your size, color, and address carefully before checkout. See our Refund Policy for what happens if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping and delivery. Shipping timelines, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Volée name, the wordmark, the two-bird crest, designs, text, images, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Volée and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site or our products without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to introduce malware, to scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site. Automated agents that access the site must identify themselves accurately in their user-agent string and must not conceal that their access is automated. Checkout and payment require a person's explicit approval; fully automated purchasing without that approval is not permitted.

Third-party services. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell to you. Some information may be processed by Shopify and our other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

Disclaimer of warranties. The site, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volée and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volée and its owners, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
